I just wanted to say what a fantastic job Jason, Gavin and the team did re roofing our house in Grafton. Their service, attention to detail, no fuss, resulted in a high quality finish that was more than we could have expected. The communication from yourself, Aaron and Jean has been fantastic. Jason, Gavin and the guys carrying out the roof repairs have conducted themselves very professionally and politely throughout with a great standard of work. The quality of work Hats have undertaken and other works you have engaged others to carry out have all been exceptional and done within a great time frame. Hats for Houses seem to consider every aspect including the finer details which is quite impressive. A far cry from our past experiences with the other builders/contractors who were engaged.

Hi Jason, I just like to say how impressed we are in the job your company provided us with the construction and finish of our new roof.
The utmost professionalism shown, from the report you presented for the insurance company.
The timing and delivery of material needed.
The scaffolding team in the assembly, to the disassemble, fast and very efficient.
The great team of your roofers, so professional, so careful and exact, and at times went over and above their requirements insorny our roof was safe perfect and of course beautiful.

Our house was built in 1881 being the old station master's house seem few or if not many new roofs, but I guarantee even set in its original colours, cottage green with manor red trim and gatters, this would have to be the best the old lady has warn.

My name is C Goodman and I own a property in Oxenford, Qld.
My partner & I have just had an insurance claim through AAMI for hail damage to our roof in the November 2012 storm, we have been very happy with the quality of service from AAMI and HATS FOR HOUSES who were appointed by AAMI to do the roof restoration.
My first contact from HATS FOR HOUSES was from Hayley who was extremely happy & helpful in all phone contacts including setting the appointment for Geoff Finegan to inspect and appraise the the damage to the roof. When Geoff arrived, he was on time and very helpful in answering my questions in regards to the hail damage on the roof.
When the roofing crew (Mick, Joel & Woolley) arrived at 6.30am to start renewing the roof they got straight into ripping the damaged roof off and 13 hours later after sunset and having only one 1/2 hour break, they had the new roof back on, at the end of the day these guys were still able to smile and be satisfied (not to mention me) with the work they had achieved and only required one more full day to finish the job which they broke into two half days as they had other roofing jobs under way at the same time.
Our thanks go to these guys cause without their commitment we wouldn't have a new roof on the house in one day.
Our congratulations also go to Geoff Finegan for employing top quality staff in his company and i believe this is one company that will continue to grow in strength.
